As part of its expansion plan, the company is launching in Saudi Arabia in 2024 and already has hundreds of companies as clients. We are building our initial team on the ground in Saudi and are accepting applicants from cities all across the Kingdom. Work in 2024 will mostly be remote and hybrid from within the Kingdom - both Saudi nationals and expats are welcome to apply. Initial team will work directly with the commercial and product leaders and the company's founder. 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Account Management team. As an Intern Account Manager, you will work closely with our account managers to support building strong client relationships and driving business growth opportunities in the new market. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in client services, sales, and relationship building.

Job Description:

  • Assist the Corporate Sales Account Managers in managing and growing corporate client accounts in the KSA market.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and gather insights on their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Support the development of sales proposals and presentations for corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruitment, to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Learn and understand the company's services to effectively communicate their value to clients to provide insights and solutions to clients' hiring needs.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of sales strategies and processes.
  • Actively attends events, outside meetings, and conferences to generate leads and expand the customer base
